I started my career as trainer and later as an Oracle consultant at AT & T. I was lucky to be a key member of a start up ( Intelligroup- now a part of NTTdata) that made a spectacular journey from inception to being publicly traded in the US in just 1 year. The company, was a leader in ERP services and grew organically to 200 million USD in just 3 years. These were the most formative years of my career. I worked with the very best people and the knowledge and values I gained from my colleagues motivate me every single day. I completed my Executive Education Program with the MIT Sloan School of Management and Leadership Development with Cornell University. I have served as a member of the Global Special Expertise Panel for SHRM ( Society of Human Resource management) and have participated in studies to predict global workplace trends, conducted top management workshops and managed complex interventions.
