   Work with Managers, SMEs, Business, Consultant & Projects team to discuss and organize project from Conceptual design till completion and execution.2. Prepare evaluation parameters for evaluating design concepts master plans received from external architects, based on the design brief.3. Develop & articulate project design concepts, master plans with input from senior management and other relevant departments.4. Conduct a detailed review of the concept design to ensure alignment with the design intent of the project, Local development rules/regulations, space optimization requirements, modular design, Design for manufacturing & local vendors specification & limitations etc.5. Work with liaison architect to understand the local rules/ regulations/norms pertaining to mixed use developments and the necessary approvals / permissions required.6. Co-ordinate with all design consultants to ensure timely issuance of all design deliverables from concept design till handover of the project.7. Co-ordinate with all internal stake holders for the design sign off & design package issuance during all stage of design development.8. Review the reports for tracking activities across several phase such as concept design, Detailed design & finishes schedule, samples submission etc.9. Identify and prepare schedules/ tracker for design deliverables aligned to project launch timelines.10. Reviewing all design & shop drawing for cost optimization and value engineering.11. Co-ordinate with projects team, business team & other cross functional teams to resolve all technical queries regarding drawings and conduct site visits if required and review.12. Be responsible, in detailing and preparation of all furniture and fixture design to facilitate development of proto type and execution.13. Managing the design process and bridge the gap between concept designer & execution team.14. Preparation of costing for fixture and doing the commercial negotiation with vendors.
