I work in Eni Global Natural Resources - HSEQ area, my main duties include- Coordination and follow-up of the implementation of HSE initiatives at Eni GNR subsidiaries- Support the development and implementation of the occupational safety management system- Analyze occupational safety events (accidents, near misses, unsafe act/conditions) using root-cause analysis techniques- Monitor performance and identify mitigation actions- Participate as an auditor in safety audits- Carry out information, awareness and training programs and campaigns on occupational safety aspects- Support the review and development of corporate safety standards- Participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the tools used by the unit in collaboration with the IT function- Supervise the development of the main risk analysis (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, FERA, EERA);
