Contribute to the Observability Accelerator tool, a patent-pending, AI-powered, cost-effective alternative to AWS CloudWatch. The platform will be used by Fortune 500 companies such as Warner Bros, Disney, Ford, and General Motors to monitor application health and reduce logging-related infrastructure costs. Tech stack includes Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Tempo, FastAPI, and Python- Deploy infrastructure using AWS CDK to automate provisioning of DynamoDB, Cognito, IAM roles, and monitoring stacks, enabling scalable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows- Enrich Grafana Loki logs metadata layers to quantify log volume, criticality, and cost per service, providing actionable insights for sales analytics, retention, and optimal pricing strategy- Ingest logs metadata into a DynamoDB via a scheduled Kubernetes CronJob, achieving 90% faster query performance and enabling long-term analytics persistence- Visualize application and AWS service health metrics on Grafana dashboards using Loki and Prometheus, enabling platform monitoring and demos for technical and sales leadership teams- Architected a metadata layer using FastAPI to identify and track active services in Tempo by querying Tempo trace data, handling epoch time conversions and pagination to deliver actionable analytics on service activity and usage patterns- Integrated role-based access control (RBAC) with Python decorators to enforce least-privilege access principle for the Observability Accelerator, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
