ABOUT ZAID

Jai hind I’m Zaid, currently a first-year undergraduate at Christ University, Bangalore. I previously served as the Cultural Captain at Sunbeam School Lahartara, where I found immense joy in balancing responsibilities while nurturing a spirit of collaboration. A highlight of my journey has been participating in over 20 Round Square events, with the Round Square International Conference (RSIC) 2022 in London standing out for its global connections that deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and dialogue.At Christ, I continue to explore my interests actively. I am a part of the AGORA Association in my department, serving on the Organizing Committee for Art and Décor, and contribute to the Public Policy Club. As a volunteer in the Art Committee under the Student Welfare Office, I work on creating engaging spaces for campus activities, while my role in the Alumni Relations Cell (ARC) under Media and Production allows me to contribute creatively to building alumni connections. Additionally, I volunteer with the Debating Society Bannerghatta’s Marketing Team, where I support outreach initiatives for debate events.Driven by a passion for the arts, I am also involved with Orpheus Theatre Production, exploring dramatics and stage production as a means of storytelling and expression. Beyond these, my past experiences in public speaking, MUNs, and mentoring juniors continue to guide my commitment to leadership, creativity, and meaningful participation within the Christ University community
