   Executing procurement activities by issuing RFQs to vendors, talking to vendors for technical queries, examining price suitability, comparing specifications, and receiving alternative bids for evaluation to fulfil quality, budgetary and delivery schedule requirements.Arranging bid clarifications meetings with vendor, performing commercial bid evaluation & finalizing all terms & conditions with the vendors.Issuing Purchase Orders after incorporation of agreed terms & conditions & obtaining PO acknowledgements.
