I am working as a production engineer at Zoetis based in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am overseeing the primary and secondary packaging process along with continuous process improvements, cost saving and quality compliance with vendors. Before joining to Zoetis, I was working as Packaging Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. in product support and logistics division (PSLD).As a packaging and logistics analyst, my duty is to deal with suppliers and customers regarding the quality assurance. Moreover, I am helping the enterprise to standardize the process, improving the compliances and keep the supply chain running globally. I am dealing with optimum packaging arrangements which is beneficial for the enterprise for costing standpoint. Prior to join the company, I have completed MS degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Adjacent to my studies, I have done a Coop with Hubbell Power Systems located in Centralia, Missouri as a packaging engineer. My responsibilities were analyzing damage boxes and improve the quality of packaging using SAP, CAD software’s. I was also responsible to choose the best layout for stacking boxes on the pallet for the transportation. During the short period of stay in USA, I am involved with several research projects as a Research Assistant. I have worked in University Hospital to investigate the emergency department and improve the performance measures while I have learned SIMIO a simulation software to mimic the real system. I have analyzed a leading medical device manufacturing data in order to assess the frequency of root cause. I am proficient in ERP software such as SAP as well as statistical software like Minitab, SPSS, simulation software like SIMIO, CAD software like Solid works, Autodesk Inventor. Besides, I have learned different types of technologies such as Data analysis using R and Python. My experiences are in manufacturing and academics, but I am interested in developing myself outside my competence areas such as Healthcare and Supply chain. As an Industrial Engineer, I have a unique skill set combining my technical engineering background with my leadership skills. I drive my peers to perform beyond expectations and achieve successful results, even in high-pressure environments. I\'m looking to find a position where I can actively use my critical thinking and social skills to advance toward my own and the companies’ goals.

   Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Packaging area including bottling and blister operations.• Providing support on project management of technical projects to deliver projects on time and to budget.• Supporting daily operation of the Packaging operations.
