I am a recruiter with over 2 years’ experience. During my time in recruitment, I have developed a track record of meeting objectives while attracting the best talent on the market. Currently, I am employed as a Lead recruiter at Nile Group PVT LTD Company. In this role, I serve as the central point of contact for candidates, and I liaise with stakeholders to develop robust recruitment strategies. I also create recruitment ads and interview candidates. My key successes in recent times include- Implemented new candidate screening processes, which improved the efficiency of the interview and hiring process - Recruited some good candidates for popular Company, over 12% of which went on to join the company’s Leadership programs. When I’m not working in recruitment, I enjoy hiking. In summer 2022, I went on a hiking holiday in my town, where I hiked across some of the largest mountains.
