Reviewed the customer’s requirements document, drawings, scheme, and discussed with customers on HVAC system with respect of cost, power consumption, environmental concerned, also discuss with customer with respect of other discipline if required. Knowledge of all type of HVAC for large, medium and small HVAC system assigned. Participated in tendering, bid evolution and, vendor or sub-vendor selection, excellent knowledge of execution and maintenance of HVAC system. Review the submittals and engineering procedures of contractors. Co-ordinate with other discipline and provide the HVAC input to them. Preparing the rough sketch and guide the responsible engineer or draftsman or designer for detail engineering. Establish the HVAC system, prepared the Bill of materials / quantity. Worked as a lead to assign the duties to respective engineers and follow up the goal achievements, guide and support to respective engineers to achieve the target. Ensure the employee use time and sources efficiently and effectively. Create and maintained effective working relationship with responsible engineers, supervisor, colleagues, Client’s, contractors, vendor, visitors and public at large. My experience in HVAC and MEP, designing, execution, maintenance for handled the complete HVAC system and MEP system. I have designed, erection and maintenance HVAC system for Large project, medium and small project. Also design for twelfth floor hospital building, participate in IGI Airport (India) HVAC designing and design for so many residential commercial building, Dammam central hospital KSA (maintenance of Emergency ward, OPD, ICU, CCU, heart hospital, diabetic center, dental Hospitals, Poison center, data center or control room, operation theater etc), QATAR PETROLEUM (Ras Laffan refinery), Raipur power plant, Obra-C Power Plant etc). HVAC all type of equipment selects and installed. Designed for all type of industries Infrastructure, Power plant, Refinery/oil and Gas switchgear, pump houses.
