   Conducted thorough RCAs for equipment failures, identifying underlying issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence & provided engineering solutions both I&E and Mechanical. • Identify the site’s bad actors based on a combination of production loss and failure frequency. Drive the organization to find true root cause and effective mitigations to systematically eliminate bad actors.• Assist Operations Team at all facilities with Preventive & Break down maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance and plant improvement activities for the Land field gas power plant.• Work with O&M manager to schedule top end overhauling, ensure equipment reliability & Operability. • Assist to develop and drafting new SOP and BMPs for the Land field Gas Power Plant and trained the operations team.• Provide electrical, instrument & Mechanical technical support for maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of site instrumentation, control, electrical equipment, and systems and mechanical.• Participate in RCM Asset Management Plan (AMP) development and stewards the implementation of the plan requirements.• Participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process for the assigned area, assist with turnaround scope development, and initiating change requests during turnarounds for impacts to instrumentation, valves, electrical equipment, motors, etc.• Provide small capital project ideas based on reliability analysis and feedback from operations and maintenance team.• Review project drawings as per SID to ensure projects are designed for proper maintainability and reliability.
