Responsibilities: Review instrumentation ITPs, Project Specifications and Standards of Standard of Aramco,GCP-04/Project (L&T-Jaffurah)execute field grass root base installations. Verify the work has been carried out as per shell approved instrumentation ITPs, Project Specifications, AFC Drawings and Standards of shell to execute field grass root base installations. Mechanical completion inspection for MCC release, area punching and punch listing, processing and updating of QC documentation, QC dossier and implementing the QC plan. Preparing and answering project technical query (PTQ). Implementing Quality Control requirements on construction sites mainly in the installation of Instrumentation and review and approval of Quality Control Procedures and Inspection Test Plan in accordance with applicable Qatar Gas and International standards. Attended Daily Meeting and coordinate with clients, checking drawings and reports of works completed daily & review all sub-packages complete. Responsible to verify and clear punch list items, discrepancy reports, raised by Company. Department regarding all concerned activities. Inspection in Hazardous (zone-0,1,2) & Safe areas included detailed inspection of all EEX certified equipment inspection of certified equipment’s for plants project work, All types Instruments, Calibration, Loop Checking activities. Installation and inspection transmitters switches (P.S.H,P.S.L,L.S.L, and P.S.H. and TSL.) Level Troll Thermocouple. Installation, Analyzer, PLC, DCS, UPS, Catholic Protection, FT, PT, TT, LT, thermocouple, Supports, JBs, Impulse tube, Tray, control valve, solenoid valve, and all types of Instruments, And Conduit, panel frame, cable glanding & termination, IR & continuity test, Cable trenches. Fully responsibilities Control Room and Installation of Marshalling cabinet and DCS. DCS Installation of all type of cable and work field construction activities etc.
