1- I’m working for the R&R (Review & Requisition) Team where tickets are handled in the guts.2- Generally tickets are related for 4 Regions- AMER, APAC, LATAM & EMEA.3- After picking the tickets, I have to aknowledge them.4- While acknowledging the ticket, I have to check if any information is missing in the quote, if yes, I have to ask the ticket requester (vendor/supplier) to update the ticket with the correct information.5- As per our availability, I have to create the PR on SAP Ariba Application & submit the same.6- After submission, the PR will reflect in the Buying hub application where I have to mention the Ticket No, Project Name, Workfront Project ID & FDOB Date & assigning to our team member to validate the PR.7- The team member will validate the ticket within 8 hours & if any information is wrong, they will inform the preparer to correct the same ASAP.8- From the Buying hub, the approver (Googler/FTE) will approve it first (who is the original owner of the PO) then another approver from the chain will approve, they are from the Finance Team.9- Once the all approver approved the PR, it will reflect as approved & the PO pdf copy will be generated simultaneously.10- Now, I have to share the PO pdf copy to the ticket requester copying our Manager & Team Members via email.11- Finally, I have to confirm on the same ticket that - Your PR has been approved and shared with you via email. Now we are resolving this ticket.
