Responsibilities- Overall project management, review project plan, effort, and schedules. Managing, coordination, planning and executing projects- Resource planning, Billing, utilization and Forecasting planning- Liaising/Interacting with offshore and onsite Teams - Tracking and Mitigating the project related risks- Interacting with clients and all stakeholders to discuss future roadmap and propose Business/IT solutions- To participate in strategy meetings and periodical business meetings- Ensuring that the requirements are documented, and corresponding development tasks assigned to the team for fulfilment of the requirements. Agile Methodology is being used to execute the project- Appraising the performance of the subordinates and recommending pay hikes and promotions- Manage projects as per the defined processes using standard templates and tools- To organize status review meetings with the customer/stakeholders - Conducting daily stand-up meetings with the team for project progress tracking- Studying the entire application management process, procedures, identifying areas for improvements and implementing the same- Conducting post-project evaluations to assess success and identify areas for future improvement- Leave approvals, Allocations/deallocations.
