ABOUT RADWAN AHMED
I am currently a PhD candidate and Young Researcher at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, where my research focuses on the seismic and structural safety analysis of nuclear and radiation facilities. This role allows me to work as an Assistant Researcher while pursuing my doctoral studies, combining probabilistic risk assessment with advanced numerical and structural modeling.Holder of the French Government Scholarship and an enthusiastic student at IMT Atlantique and a research intern at University of Pisa & IAEA with a background in Nuclear Engineering. I am renowned for my excellent work ethic, collaborative skills, and enthusiasm for lifelong learning.Proficient in ANSYS Fluent, STAR CCM+, OpenMc, PCTRAN, SolidWorks, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with additional experience in MATLAB. Currently learning Python and SERPENT Code.
