Design Review and Validation:* Thoroughly review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications provided by consultants/designers for completeness, accuracy and compliance client requirements.* Coordinate effectively with civil, structural, HVAC vendor piping vendor.* Site review and quality execution and installation check as per approved Drawing.* Materials check as per approved TDS.* WMS,DPR WPR review * Participate in design review meetings, technical workshops, and progress meetings.* Construction Supervision and Quality Control:* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of MEP installations, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.* Review and approve contractor\'s shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work plans.* Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues related to MEP works, and propose corrective actions.* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.* Witness and approve testing, commissioning, and performance verification of all MEP systems.* Provide inputs for the preparation and monitoring of the project Tracker master schedule * Review and validate contractor\'s claims related to MEP works.* Documentation and Reporting:* Maintain comprehensive records of all MEP-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, inspection reports, and test results.* Prepare and submit regular progress reports, technical reports, and punch lists.* Handing over document preparations (HOTO)Measurement check and verify as par site installation and DWG.
