   Design, conduct and manage experiments related to the discovery of therapeutic drug mechanisms targeting fibrosis, autoimmune, immune-oncology, hematological, inflammation, fibrosis animal models- Design and create CED, PDX, syngeneic/orthotopic mouse model, oncology, tumor model, inflammatory (dermatitis, Atopic, DNCB-Induced, dermatitis, Contact, Oxazolone-Induced, Chronic, gastric Ulcers, liver fibrosis, kidney fibrosis), autoimmune (arthritis, Collagen-Induced (CIA), arthritis, Collagen mAb-Induced (CAIA), Lupus, colitis) models, inflammation model (AD, PsO), animal dosing, and necroscopy and collect blood, major organs, tissues, and tumors to conduct ex-vivo analysis- Proficiency in cell-based assay development, cytotoxicity assay, AlphaLISA, ELISA, MSD, Western blot, immunofluorescence, FACS and qPCR- Prepare workflow for bulkRNA, scRNA, ATACseq, target validation, PD reporting assay, and proteomic study and manage CRO for external studies- Collaborate and assist the Pre-clinical PK/PD Team and research teams to characterize preclinical PK/PD for prediction human PK/PD to accelerate clinical studies and achieve business goals- Develop and validate translational assay for mechanism of action, target validation, lead candidate identification- Proficiency with various mouse handling techniques including dosing (IV, PO, SC, IP), preclinical manifestation scoring (e.g, joint swelling, paralysis), and collection and handling of tissues during necropsy and processing for ex vivo analysis- Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date lab records ELN (Benching) and prepare regulatory documentation and reports- Work collaboratively on projects with cross functional team including chemistry, in vitro, in vivo and bioinformatic team- Apply different PK data analysis including population PK, Non-Compartmental Analysis, Dose-Response-Time Models, Tolerance and Rebound Models and Baseline Models- Manage small scientific team.
