Some major responsibilities are • Planning and scheduling- Planning and scheduling routes, and ensuring that shipments are delivered on time. • Managing resources- Managing a team of 200 manpower ( Including Drivers, Supervisor, maintenance & Ground Staff) ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained and roadworthy • Communication- Liaising with customers and other department managers, and settling customer complaints • E invoicing & Drivers Salary- Handling all e-invoicing and Drivers salary. • Costs of fleet operations- Review P&L of every vehicles and working on cost reduction
