   At the heart of every great store is a story, and I help write it with light, layout, and style.As part of the visual merchandising team for the Benetton, I’ve worked across multiple store formats, curating planograms and VM dockets that don’t just guide layout, they guide emotion, flow, and purchase behaviour.I craft window displays and mannequin styling that set the tone for the season, translating campaigns into moments that capture attention from the outside in.Every new season launch becomes an opportunity to turn fresh collections into living experiences, balancing trend, brand DNA, and floor performance.I collaborate closely with marketing and ops, syncing VM with storytelling and promotion to influence buying behaviour and strengthen campaign impact.From sourcing to rollout, I manage the full VM asset journey, ensuring stores are always equipped to represent the brand at its best.Training is a big part of the story too, I coach store teams to think visually, style commercially, and execute with precision.Whether it’s designing a flagship layout or refining a small format setup, I work alongside the Projects team to shape store environments that feel intentional, inviting, and on-brand.
