About Nadim Uddin
I am a Computer Engineering student at Zakir Husain College of Engineering & Technology (Aligarh Muslim University) with a strong foundation in software development, operating systems, and competitive programming.Currently, I am working as an SDE Intern at Karocharge (Future Motion Pvt. Ltd.), where I contribute to building intelligent and efficient solutions for electric vehicle (EV) route optimization. My work involves leveraging Mapbox APIs for real-time routing, PostGIS with PostgreSQL for spatial queries, and backend development to create scalable and impactful features.Beyond my internship, I am passionate about problem-solving and algorithms. I have solved 780+ problems on LeetCode (Knight, Max Rating 1867 – Top 5.3%), achieved CodeChef Max Rating 1603, and CodeForces Max Rating 1048, consistently honing my analytical and logical reasoning skills.I also enjoy building full-stack applications and system-level software. Some of my notable projects include: Repository Diagram → A web app that visualizes GitHub repository structures as interactive diagrams using a Trie-based parser and Mermaid.js for SVG rendering, zoom, and export. JobLink Alumni → A MERN-based networking platform connecting alumni and students with real-time forums (Socket.io), JWT authentication, and event participation features.🦅 UqaabOS → A foundational operating system built from scratch in C++ and x86 Assembly. Implemented a Monolithic Kernel, device drivers (keyboard, mouse, PCI), interrupt handling, basic GUI (320x200, 8-bit), and multitasking support. Developed using NASM, GNU Make, LLVM, GRUB, and tested in QEMU/VirtualBox. This project deepened my understanding of kernel development, OS internals, and low-level programming. Empower Journey → A fully functional ed-tech platform (MERN Stack) designed to make online learning accessible and engaging. Built intuitive dashboards for instructors & students, seamless video lecture uploads, real-time course management, and secure authentication/authorization. Focused on UI/UX and scalability to enhance global learning accessibility.
