Involved in executing projects within cost & time norms and organizing project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking. Anchoring on-site maintenance activities to ensure completion of project within stipulated time & budgeted cost parameters to maximize the output/profit. Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to maximize profit, creating/implementing workflows to facilitate support in all areas and issues. Supervising the sites to evaluate the condition and operability of facilities and structures with the accountability of organizing, planning, and coordinating the entire product development.
