   State departments worked with: NYC Department of Education (DOE), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) & Department of Sanitation New York (DSNY) •Conducted pre bid scope meetings with clients to decipher project requirements & arrive at middle ground. •Reviewed construction drawings, prepared quantity take-offs and developed proposals. •Obtained necessary permits for construction from Department of Buildings and Department of Education. •Procured, tracked & scheduled materials for construction. •Participated in price negotiations with sub-contractors for different trades on a project. •Scheduled construction sequence, assigned subcontractors, managed and supervised progress. •Independently handled multiple projects simultaneously, managed site supervisors for all trades related to the project, resolved site related issues for smooth and timely finish of the project. •Conducted site inspection prior to final walkthrough with the client to ensure 100% completion of the scope of work. •Conducted final walkthrough with the client, created punch list items if any and ensured timely closeout of the job. •Assisted in preparing invoice for the payment on the job from the client.
