Day to day activities, Making of micro Plan and break-up of all the activities, Follow up all the departments and agencies to take clearance to smooth work and avoid any chance of rework, meeting with all the different teams to execute the work on a safe environment and maintain the quality and safety. Take clearance from clients and review the sub contractors to execute the work on the given time line. Monitor all the ongoing activities and plans for the upcoming.Weekly meeting with clients and management to deliver the project with quality and maintain safety on the project.
