Handling parts like Clutch Set, Clutch Release Bearing, Fuel Filter, Sensor etc. Handling commodities like Proprietary. Doing manufacturing feasibility of new parts. Supplier selection and Bid List approval. Conducting specifications meetings during development of parts with Supplier and Engineering and closing TRSO. Doing kickoff meeting with supplier for starting development. APQP initiation and closure with supplier for new development parts. Performing joint inspection at supplier end. Doing process audit at supplier end during pilot lot. Review and Approval of Supplier PPAP and PSW as per TML requirements. Analyzed assembly line defect & field complaint by using 3G approach to identify root cause. Actively participate in Engineering changes and implements for cost saving in products. Doing MSA (Manufacturing Site Assessment) for on boarding the supplier. Doing costing settlement Jointly with Buyer and Supplier. Ensuring no material shortage for SOP Vehicle till the part handover to SCM. Making Monthly report for CPO Review. Maintain Supplier contacts by being proactive and reactive to all supplier related concerns. Access supplier capabilities through visits, technical discussions and quality system assessment.
