I have worked extensively to build the product called Artifi, a product personalization software that can be integrated into E-commerce websites. End user can customize the products and buy it. It is compatible with almost all the E-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, Big-commerce, Woo-commerce, Znode etc. My Key Responsibilities are as follows:•Compile and present a comprehensive analysis to key stakeholders comprising experts in the field, technical authorities, customers, product leaders, managers, etc.•Address the requirements of the e-commerce customization product by implementing new features and enhancing current ones. •Assemble the necessary information from key stakeholders including SMEs and clients to generate documents like a BRD, and Functional Specifications.•Create a user story in Jira, monitor its advancement, and communicate with the customer via Basecamp and regular status calls.•Collaborate and interact with subject matter experts, clients, product owners, development teams, and management to achieve goals.•Showcase the final product to the customer by creating a POC after the development is done.•Ensure the knowledge base of the product is accurate and current by consistently updating and maintaining it.•Discuss the backlog items with the product owner, project managers, and other stakeholders. Prioritize them using the MoSCoW methodology. Reevaluate the backlog items periodically throughout the project to ensure that the most important and urgent items are addressed first.
