He has worked on several operations and safety studies including traffic modeling, signal timing optimization, signal warrant analysis, intersection safety analysis, signal phasing analysis, pedestrian and bicycle safety studies, APS warrants analysis, and access management studies. Hasibur is proficient in different modeling software such as VISSIM, AIMSUN, SimTraffic, Synchro, Tru-Traffic, SUMO, CORSIM, and Highway Capacity Software (HCS). He has experience with design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation. He has also knowledge of data analysis software such as SAS, Python, Rstudio, STATA, SPSS, Biogeme. Hasibur has Professional Engineer license under Florida Board. He also has certification for PTOE, IMSA Signal Technician Level II and Advanced MOT.
