I have 9 years of reach experience in petrochemical, fertilizer and gas sector, currently working in L&T Energy Hydrocarbon as a Assistant Manager QAQC- Mech. at Polysilicon site office of Reliance Industries Limited at Jamnagar.previously worked in multiple companies.My major responsibility-package coordinator Ammonia - urea unit and offsite utilities related to Process Piping, Pipeline, Tankages, Pressure vessels, Ammonia Converters, CO2 Absorber, HP & LP Flash drum and Steel Structural Fabrication, erection.Also major responsibilities realated to documentation as a PMC role and responsibilities includes: Prepare & review of Method statements / Work procedure, QCP, ITP\'s, WPS\'s, PQR\'s as per contract and develop of PQR\'s (Such types of base matals) as per project requirement at site. Manage and Witness all inspection & testing activities (Such as welding, NDT, Material inspections, grit / Garnet blasting and painting, pipe laying / erection, equipment erection, hydro-pneumatic testing, leak testing, steel structure fabrication & erection etc.) related to Piping and static equipment.Participate in progress review meeting and to highlight all quality issues observed at site.
