I have requests and incidents from report to resolution: • Offer user’s assistance and services while attempting to settle as many calls as you can at levels 1 and 1 1/2• Provide clients with a single point of contact for issues, incidents, and item requests related to the service desk.• Make an ongoing contribution to the Service Desk Area\'s process improvement• Stay up-to-date on all service desk technologies utilized in the data center, including Service Now performance.• Accept, record, rank, and actively address end-user assistance requests.• Service level agreements (SLAs) prioritize requests to guarantee correct transfers and escalation. Track active tickets, keep an eye on their progress, and close them when they\'re resolved.
