The exercise focuses on identifying vulnerable families and children at risk of separation and ensuring their well-being by linking them with appropriate social protection schemes and services.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the rollout of Vulnerability Mapping across districts in Madhya Pradesh.Build capacities of frontline workers and district teams on VM tools and processes.Support in monitoring and analysis of data to identify trends, gaps, and priority children, families and areas.Strengthen convergence with government departments and stakeholders to improve service delivery.Support documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing for policy and program improvement.
