Project Engineer,| Jan. 2023 to till date• Project Planning & Scheduling: Planning & Scheduling of every project activity in Microsoft Projects & Microsoft Excel. This also involves developing detailed plans that outline project task, timelines, resources, & milestones. In this current role I am handling three projects (PM Surya Ghar Scheme) at a time which requires a strict project schedule & daily strict monitoring of project task. A 1.8MW solar plant (rooftop & Metallic shed) and PM Surya Ghar Scheme B&C project are majorly involved in this project schedule which needs accurate resource allocation & vendor mapping.• Material Planning & Management: To ensure timely completion of project within deadline it is very important for me to coordinate with SCM team & procurement team to plan resources for site. This requires regular tracking of site warehouse inventory which requires a strict material management plan and also a set of emergency mitigation plan for unavoidable circumstances.• Daily Progress Tracking & Vendor Mapping: In this current role I am responsible for preparing daily action tracker and mapping of vendors for project task. Every project in this schedule needs several micro scheduled activities whose progress can impact pre-determined project plan, so it is important for me to track all activities regularly to know about project progress.• Project Team Management: A dedicated project team is constantly working under my guidance and I am also responsible for tracking their daily work plan. They are assigned with different project tasks which are tracked & monitored in order to know individual performance and also project progress.• Client Management: In my current role I am also responsible for handling all government client for smooth execution of project and smooth process of invoice for billing purpose. I am also responsible for reporting project progress report to our client whenever asked. All the official meetings with client are assigned to me and I am responsible for data validation. State Data Management Portal is also assigned to me to handle, which integrates site data with MNRE portal for monitoring purpose
