As a Senior Marine Coordinator at Vattenfall Offshore, my key responsibilities include:Providing effective, efficient, and safe marine coordination for all Vattenfall offshore sites.Excelling in offshore project management and communication, ensuring crucial information from projects and operations is obtained and aligned.Managing general uncertainty and responding to various situations in a calm and focused manner to maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects and sites throughout their lifecycle.Serving as a super-user and expert in marine coordination software. Taking ownership of departmental scope and conduct, representing it with confidence and establishing solid interfaces with relevant stakeholders.Maintaining strong interfaces with corresponding departments in the Operations Control Centre (OCC) and supporting managers in showcasing and presenting the department to stakeholders and visitors.Demonstrating open-mindedness towards different cultures.
