Hi, I’m Anas — currently pursuing a Master\'s degree at McMaster, specializing in high-performance integrated circuit (IC) design. Before joining McMaster, I worked for 6 years with leading multinational semiconductor companies. o Professional experience ( Schematic & Layout) • Hands-on experience in IC design flow from Schematic to Silicon validation by ensuring the PPA. • Proficient with Digital cell, OPAMP, Comparator, Integrator, BGR, Oscillator, Current/Voltage Reference, LDO, PLL, SS ADC, TDC, GPIO (1.8V/ 3.3V/5V), Class-D Audio Amplifier, CML Buffer, LNA, Mixer, LC-VCO. • Collaborated with the PDK, PnR, and Silicon Validation teams to ensure successful design execution. • Completed 10+ tape-outs in different tech. nodes - 180nm, 65nm, 55nm, 28nm, 22nm, 14nm, 12nm, and 6nm. • Familiar with various FET technologies like bulk-CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD, FDSOI, and FinFET. • Directed multiple AMS design and layout projects and mentored junior engineers and undergraduate students. • Experienced in Layout design (Block and Full chip level), taking care of signal integrity, high-frequency net, power planning, device matching (common-centroid, inter-digitization), dummy insertion, shielding, ESD, Antenna, latch-up (LU), layout dependent effect (LDE), Antenna and Density violation, double patterning, etc. • Experienced in IO PAD ring schematic and layout design with ESD protection (CDM, HBM, MM). • Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, self-motivated, and a good team player.
