Site Engineer :1 Monitoring ongoing work and overall progress at the site.2 Preparing and submitting daily progress reports.3 Attending site meetings and coordinating with the project team.4 Receiving delivered materials and ensuring safe storage at site.5 Raising Material Inspection Requests (MIR) for received materials.6 Monitoring completed work and raising Work Inspection Requests (WIR).7 Guiding and supervising technicians as per approved drawings and specifications.8 Ensuring quality standards and project requirements are followed during execution.Safety Incharge :1. Conduct Daily Toolbox Talks (TBT):Brief workers on safety measures and site-specific hazards before starting work.2. Daily Site Inspection:Check overall site conditions to ensure the workplace is safe for ongoing activities.3. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Monitoring:Verify that all technicians and workers are wearing and using proper PPE.Ensure defective or missing PPE is reported and replaced immediately.4. Hazard Identification & Awareness:Identify potential hazards at the site and inform workers about them.Educate workers on how to minimize risks and follow safe practices.5. Compliance Monitoring:Ensure all activities are being carried out as per safety standards and company policies.6. Reporting & Documentation:Record daily safety observations and submit reports to the management.Report unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective actions.
