Assist with the site manager & precast manager to organize design methodology for structural and architectural design of substructure foundation, superstructure, special spans and building etc.2. Facilitate resolving design issues at site locations with client, general consultant and design consultant. Review, negotiate and recommend for approval/disapproval on design & drawings. Determine & develop the economical scheme of temporary structures like shuttering & supporting arrangement for both the cast in situ & precast structures.5. Determine & develop the most suitable and economically viable construction & engineering methods for project according to the site feasibility. Coordinate with utility investigation team to required modification in design & drawings.7. Manage & coordinate with stakeholders e.g. Client, contractors, design team, BIM team, GI team. Organize design & progress review meeting with internal & external stakeholders. Preparation & review of presentation for board, client & other project related meetings. Study & review construction drawings and preparing quantity requirements.
