Preparation of MIS report & Weekly Breakdown Report analysis. Scheduling the mobilized & demobilized plan for Machineries and vehicle to meet site requirement. • Attending & analyzing Preventive, Corrective and B/D maintenance of our fleet and analysis repetitive equipment & machineries failure. Estimation of maintenance cost evaluation. Preparing & analyze daily utilities control activities (Diesel Consumption & Maintenance) Monitoring of statutory documents of own and hire Machines/Vehicles while hiring and record of work orders. Ensure availability of required machinery/vehicles and follow up with rental suppliers. Coordination with third party vendors for timely repair of machine, calibration of plant & equipment, TPI & other essential certificates. Verify and ensure monthly log book for smooth operation as per work order & billing.
