ABOUT ADIL
I am a PhD Scholar in Management at the University of Hyderabad, with a focused academic and research interest in Human Resource Management (HRM), Strategic HRM, and HR Analytics. My work is driven by a strong curiosity about how people, data, and technology together shape organizational performance and employee outcomes.I have qualified for the UGC NET (Management) four times — June 2023, December 2023, June 2024, and December 2024 — demonstrating a consistent and strong foundation in management theory, research methodology, and analytical thinking.My research interests include telecommuting and hybrid work, leadership styles, employee performance, sustainability-oriented HRM, and evidence-informed management research. I am particularly interested in developing research that is both theoretically rigorous and practically relevant for contemporary organizations.Methodologically, I am trained in quantitative research techniques, with hands-on experience in SPSS, multiple regression analysis, bibliometric analysis, and survey-based empirical research. I am also exploring the application of machine learning and predictive analytics in HR, especially in areas such as employee attrition prediction, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making.I am keen to engage in research collaborations, academic projects, and analytics-driven HR initiatives where research insights can create meaningful organizational impact.
