Roles & Responsibilities1.Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.2.Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.3.Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.4.Determine and present estimates of operational cost.5.Evalues operations and processes.6.Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.7.Implement improvements to designs and processes.8.Test material and structural integrity.9.Research the environmental impact of projects.10.Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans.11.Compile and present reports explaining project details to no-technical stakeholders.12.Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards.13.Direct engineering activities, assign tasks, provide training and support.14.Creats work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.15.Maintain detailed documentation of all site angineering activities.16.Collaborate with management to sign activities with desired business outcomes.17. Daily job plan for execution, resource allocation and supervision of site.18. Ensure job execution at site as per plan and escalate the site issues in time.19. Ensure execution of jobs as per #civil #construction #drawings and specifications.20. Ensure implementation of safety norms at site and work towards Zero incident.21. Ensure implementation of Quality jobs at site.22. Co-ordinate with vendor partners for daily site job execution, site management, resources, progress, safety, Quality etc.23. Site progress report preparation wherever applicable24. Checking and processing of bills.
