Establish and build upon existing partnerships with external vendors and internal organizations to develop or enhance semiconductor process tools to meet and exceed key process targets- Actively involved in sustaining TEL Celesta-i tools that includes chamber maintenance, Chemical cabinet maintenance, Chemical ratio modification, particle reduction etc- Operate and support the manufacturing line by establishing safe operating procedures, monitoring equipment performance, and providing after hours on-call escalation- Design, execute and analyze experiments to etch layers which meet defect and technology yield goals- Investigate new and innovative ways to improve module efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging automation tools and scripts- Demonstrate process capability (equipment uptime, recipe stability, etc.) at high volume- Transfer the complete manufacturing process (recipe, tool configuration, procedures, etc.) to counterparts in high-volume factories around the world- Install and qualify process tools.
