I\'m on a mission to transform how we support mothers and caregivers—both through rigorous research and transformational coaching. As an Associate Professor of Social Work, I dive deep into the real struggles of maternal wellbeing and health disparities. I\'ve obtained nearly 10 million in federally funded to lead a National Healthy Start site and HRSA grant, testing home-based interventions that actually work for moms in tough situations.(Yes, I\'m that passionate about evidence-based approaches!)But I couldn\'t stop at research. After 15+ years witnessing caregivers putting themselves last, I launched my coaching practice to help high-achieving women get FIERCE about prioritizing their own needs. Armed with my PhD and a healthy dose of intuition, I guide women through burnout recovery and career alignment without the guilt.Here\'s what makes me different: I bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-life application.
