At Intesa Sanpaolo, I am responsible for the management of analytics projects, including the design of BI and AI solutions for the monitoring, prevention, and analysis of fraud in a banking context. The solutions developed use an advanced data architecture that is compliant with the main Big Data standards. I provide strategic support to middle and top management by identifying improvement opportunities and measuring project outcomes. Key achievements: • Management of Analytics Projects (>15 projects,+15% fraud detection effectiveness) • Adoption of Self-Reporting and Self-Analytics (>1 Mln cost savings,>5 projects completed autonomously) • Led a team of IT professionals to successfully complete a major software project on time and within budget (15 collaborators)
