ABOUT BRIAN MCPHEE

I am a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Manager with over 27 years of experience in the Construction Industry. I have specialized experience with operations management and high performance team development. My career has allowed me to gain experience in construction management, multi-division business management, stakeholder management, project pursuits, design coordination, constructability assessments, estimating, HSE and quality integration. Throughout the years, I have gained a verifiable track record pursuing and influencing large scale construction projects and developing high performance teams while supporting project execution, client liaison, contract negotiation, administering subcontract agreements and supply chain management, development of client turnover and walkdown packages.With many accomplishments and demonstrated ability working on multi-million-dollar construction projects, steering design coordination, pursuit planning, constructability reviews, estimating, construction execution, quality control and turnover; I look forward to enhancing operational efficiency and establishing standardized processes that help improve productivity and deliver bottom-line results.I have obtained a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from NAIT and have maintained P. Tech (Eng.) status in the Province of Alberta since 2010. I have completed a Leadership course at Queen’s University and continue to participate in regular leadership development to improve my overall management skills creating an inclusive environment for my direct reports and fellow peers. I have also gained a working knowledge in provincial and federal OH & S legislation.
