I serve on the firm\'s health care industry group, collaborating with firm attorneys who represent providers throughout the country and in multiple areas of law. I have represented a wide range of health care clients, with an emphasis on defending health systems, parent companies, hospitals, physicians, nurses, urgent care centers, behavioral health and treatment centers, and post acute and long term care providers including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice and Home Care, Personal Care Homes and Continuing Care Retirement Communities. My practice includes litigating complex medical cases in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also represent clients in regulatory and compliance matters and general health care counseling. I have spoken to national audiences regarding legal issues in long term care and have published numerous articles.As a trial attorney, I have litigated numerous complex civil cases to verdict in multiple venues. I have litigated professional liability matters, class actions and commercial cases. I regularly handle cases in arbitration and ADR forums.
