ABOUT MIKE CONRADI

I\'m rated as one of the world\'s leading telecoms / technology lawyers by all the various guides - including the Legal 500 which places me in their \"Hall of Fame\" and in Chambers & Partners, which says \"[he] produces punchy and straightforward answers - he\'s direct and commercial, and gets to the point quickly\". I am the editor of the Communications Law Handbook by Bloomsbury Professional (http://tinyurl.com/commslawhandbook) and of Telecommunication Laws in Europe, also from Bloomsbury. My experience includes telecoms managed service deals, IPTV platform procurement, network management outsourcing, telecoms infrastructure sharing, wholesale / MVNO deals and software procurement (such as for telecoms OSS and billing software). I have a particular expertise in submarine cable law - having worked on more than 100 submarine cable projects, including one for which we won an African legal award.I have an extensive understanding of the IT and telecoms regulations. For example I advised the government of Croatia on the drafting of their telecoms legislation immediately prior to liberalisation.
