I oversee the Canadian headquarters and the largest business unit globally within the corrosion engineering and mitigation platform. With direct accountability for a $40 million profit and loss statement, I effectively manage multiple revenue streams and business units, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. My expertise lies in driving cost savings through accurate financial analysis and budgeting, while also expanding the client base and increasing revenue through strategic negotiations with leading corporations in the oil and gas industry.I prioritize compliance and quality standards, leading internal audits and implementing procedures to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards. By fostering a culture of excellence, I enhance organizational efficiency and safety standards. Moreover, I place great importance on employee well-being, diversity, and professional development, implementing initiatives such as health, safety, and social committees and championing continuous learning programs.Before my current role, I successfully founded and managed an entrepreneurial startup in China, securing investments and establishing partnerships with international and domestic companies. In tandem, I created and directed the operations of a chain of authentic western-casual restaurants under Pacific Restaurants, overseeing all aspects from company creation to supply chain management. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA from the University of Alberta.
