Provides counsel to Westinghouse staff and senior leadership on nuclear regulatory licensing and compliance issues, including statutory analysis and regulatory interpretation questions as they relate to Westinghouse technologies (e.g, eVinci, AP300, fuel). Advises on protecting Westinghouse proprietary information when submitting information to various regulators so that it remains confidential and protected from disclosure. I further advise clients on Part 21 matters if they arise.Provides legal support to Westinghouse\'s Global Nuclear Regulatory Affairs, which includes the Westinghouse Employee Concerns Program (ECP). I advise on safety conscious work environment (SCWE), nuclear safety culture (NSC) behaviors, and anti-harassment, intimidation, retaliation, and discrimination issues (anti-HIRD), and internal ECP investigations. I also provide SCWE-anti-HIRD training to employees in the field. I routinely provide counsel and represent Westinghouse and its employees in U.S. NRC Office of Investigations nuclear regulatory enforcement matters, including responses to NRC Requests for Information (RFIs) as requested.I have represented Westinghouse in alleged discrimination matters before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. OSHA, and U.S. NRC under the Energy Reorganization Act (ERA). I strive to build and maintains effective partnerships with internal clients at the company\'s global facilities to identify and mitigate legal risks while achieving business objectives. I routinely manage outside counsel concerning litigation and other relevant matters, and I help develop legal strategy and look to mitigate legal risk for Westinghouse fuel fabrication facilities in the U.S, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
