By the numbers, I\'ve been a product manager for 22 years, I worked as a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, and manufacturing engineer to bring the Sonicare electronic toothbrush to market, I have an MBA from the University of Washington, and I have 3 patents. Some of the color behind my experience is that I caught the entrepreneurial bug early in my career while working on sonicare. It was amazing building a product and a company from scratch and I wanted to learn everything about it and to be able to start my own company. To that end I\'ve worked for six startups and founded two companies. I have built products for electronic design automation, digital music, medical devices, sensitive information sharing for first responders, IT compliance, mobile gaming, and high performance computing. Working in such diverse industries has helped me build a great foundation of experiences that guide me every day. My career has come full circle at Autodesk where I develop revolutionary manufacturing products and develop and evangelize our vision for the future of Autodesk manufacturing capabilities and how define how we will help our customers build more innovative, reliable, and well differentiated products.
