Even as far back as playing Tetris as a kid, I\'ve always felt most content when all of the blocks fit together in the most efficient way possible. This focus on operational excellence led me to pursue an education and work roles that allowed my to build and use those skills in a professional setting. Examples include-Developed and implemented a uniform reporting/data tracking system for the Tennessee Department of Correction\'s behavioral health programs-Project Management in the capacity of creating and implementing the Tennessee Department of Correction\'s first network of community based behavioral health programs-Product Management for a network of behavioral health service delivery daily to 442 in prison and 1300+ community based clients through the supervision of 46 staff members in 17 locations-Demonstrated excellence in finance through the development of budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding P&L goals-Strategic planning on the implementation of Telehealth programs for 8 hospitals across 3 separate markets-Entrepreneurial experience starting a business from concept to development to service delivery.I enjoy taking large, complex problems and working with numerous stakeholders in a matrix environment to develop solutions that meet each stakeholder\'s needs.
