McLean Wilson is the Co-CEO of Altriarch Commercial Finance (Altriarch), the parent company of Breakout Finance. Altriarch provides a comprehensive suite of solutions tailored to small businesses with a focus on lender finance, factoring and term loans. Mr. Wilson has extensive experience in asset management, invoice factoring and capital raising for alternative investments, as well as an operational background with structured transactions, recourse and non-recourse purchase agreements and underwriting processes. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Wilson has successfully operated two factoring companies, demonstrating a unique talent for rapid company growth and strategic management.His entrepreneurial journey includes founding inFactor, a Southeast-based factoring company specializing in providing tailored facilities ranging from $1MM to $5MM for small businesses across the U.S. Mr. Wilson’s leadership led to the successful establishment and subsequent sale of inFactor within just 18 months of its inception. In addition, Mr. Wilson co-founded Charleston Capital Management, an alternative investment asset manager focused on small business loans and factoring transactions. Prior to Charleston Capital Management, he served as Vice President at SouthStar Capital, where he played a pivotal role in originating, structuring, closing and funding over $500 million in factored assets.Beyond his operational roles, Mr. Wilson is actively involved in the factoring industry as a Board Member of the American Factoring Association (AFA), a prominent non-profit organization advocating for the factoring community and engaging with regulatory bodies to drive positive change. His academic background includes B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
