Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, etc-This role is responsible for developing People strategies in a high-growth environment while ensuring operational excellence in daily HR operations - Lead US HR initiatives to achieve a best-in-class remote hybrid workforce - Partner with EU HR Director to ensure alignment in working towards the Group’s objectives - Act to support the company by devising people strategies in line with operational excellence that have the employee experience at their core - Supervise the work of US HR Operations team and provide guidance - Promote and build people policies that reflect our Company Values - Build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to enable future-proofing of HR services in a high-growth environment - Collaborate efficiently with a highly distributed team across multiple time zones to deal with grievances and resolve any litigation risks - Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
