Responsible to build high level referral sources with the financial representatives, staff and centers of influence within the community in order to obtain referrals and promote the Northwestern Mutual Financial Advisor career and internship program. Execute the firms recruiting plan to reach activity and productivity goals weekly, and monthly, for internship candidates as well as full time.Attend career fairs, and campus organizations while networking to build warm relationships in the community to promote Northwestern. Develop and coordinate marketing and recruiting selection using multiple social media platforms and internet sourcing.Review/pre-screen resumes to determine if the candidate is a proper fit, then continue to schedule initial interviews of all appropriate candidates. Direct all candidates through the selection process and a series of interviews with management. Coordinate regular (weekly, monthly & quarterly) meetings with the leadership team to discuss team progress and goals.Develop proficiency and use of recruiting software to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process.
