As a Global EdTech Executive and Founder, Private Equity Advisor, Investor, and Board Member with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of leading high-growth education initiatives to success. I am passionate about transforming the education and talent industry, and have led and founded multiple successful ventures in this space.One of my proudest achievements was co-founding Neumont College of Computer Science, an innovative institution that provides hands-on, project-based learning in computer science. Additionally, I led and scaled Amazon\'s AWS Academy to 100x learner growth in cloud computing via partnerships with universities throughout the world, developing the next generation of cloud professionals. I also co-founded the EMA Partners Seattle office, a global executive search and consulting firm.In addition to senior operational roles, I have extensive experience in private equity and venture capital, advising and investing in a portfolio of innovative EdTech companies to help them achieve their goals and create value for investors. As a board member, I provide strategic guidance on key corporate issues that address corporate governance, strategic growth, and M&A opportunities.My passion for EdTech and commitment to innovation have allowed me to create and lead unique and successful innovations that improve learning outcomes for students and their future employers.
